Prices continued to drop in the oil industry in 2015. In less than a year, upstream oil and gas companies faced a 50 percent drop in revenues. Looking ahead to 2016, we see positive developments that could help the industry evolve to a better place. As a casting pipe and tubing pipe supplier, we have been closely stirring our concern to oil and gas industry of the world. In the past 2015, may eyes saw a slow growth and recovery in steel industry. We do see some positive development that should get us to a better place from a pricing perspective.
The biggest mistake that oil and gas companies can make in this difficult business landscape is to focus solely on reducing costs and spending; this strategy is effective only in a very narrow range of market conditions and rarely effective enough to make businesses successful over the long term. Many customers come to us want to buy best well casting pipe with less cost. Our products are widely used across the global oil and gas industry.
